How to Sign Up:

1. Go to the SGC TMS web page: "silverbell.golfclub.net"
2. Click "Sign in" and use your User Id and password.
3. If you have not received your login information email Butch Hughes at: golf@silverbellgolfclub.com.
4. Once signed in, scroll down the page, and find the play day you are signing up for.
5. Click "Details" --> Click "Sign up" --> Click "Sign up for tournament" --> Click "Yes, sign up".
6. Click the "Back" button and the "Home" button on the top left of the screen to return to the "Home" page.
7. You have completed the sign up procedure.
8. If you need to cancel play, follow the same process and select "Remove" from the option list. There is no deadline to cancel, but the deadline to sign up remains the same.

Notes:

1. You cannot add comments to the new sign up. If you need to request anything (i.e. early/late tee time, play with someone or bring a guest), please use the link on the TMS Home page to send us an email with your request.
2. All play day tournaments have a sign up deadline. Generally, this deadline allows us to give back tee times 48 hours ahead of our first tee time for a given day. This is a Tucson City Golf requirement. After this deadline SGC cannot guarantee a tee time for you. If space is available, we will try to get you in on a first come basis. If you are late signing up and the TMS sign up is closed, send us an email using the link on the TMS Home page and we will try to get you in.
3. A TMS/Golf Software app is available for both Android and Apple smartphones from the appropriate app store for your system. Look for the "GolfSoftware" app and install it on your device. Once installed, login using your TMS login information. You can perform all of the SGC/TMS functions from the app.
